Refund and return policy

At shop.cavagnini.com the satisfaction of our customers is a priority.
We accept the return of products in the case of:

  • Manufacturing defects or non-conformities
  • Changing your mind or other personal reasons (subject to the conditions set out below)

Return conditions

  1. Timing
    The return must be requested within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
  2. Product Status
    • For defective items: you must send photos and description of the defect.
    • For non-defective items: the product must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.
  3. Shipping costs
    • In the event of a defective product or error on our part: we will be responsible for the return costs.
    • In case of return for other reasons: shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return procedure

  1. Email a return request to info@cavagnini.com, stating:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if the product is defective)
  2. You will receive detailed instructions and the address for shipping the return.
  3. Once we have received and verified the product, we will proceed with the refund or replacement.
